Kajal Aggarwal is Bollywood bound again. It's reliably learnt that director Sudhir Mishra is going to cast her in the lead role in his upcoming Bollywood flick, Aur Devdas. Chitrangda Singh was initially signed to play the lead in the film, but has been replaced by Kajal.
A source close to the film's unit informs, "The makers thought Kajal would suit the leading lady's role and has roped her in as a replacement for Chitrangda Singh."
Kajal loved the story and gave her nod to the romantic drama and is slated to start shooting from September. The actress was in news recently for bagging the lead role in the Hindi remake of the acclaimed 2006 Iranian romantic comedy, Cease Fire. She is paired opposite Sharman Joshi in the film to be directed by Ajoy Verma.
