The box office collection of Salman Khan starrer "Kick" witnessed a jump on Tuesday due to Eid holiday in India.
Salman Khan's "Kick" has done enormous business on the fifth day i.e. on Eid al-Fitr. On Tuesday, the film raked in a whopping ₹28.89 crore. The action drama has now crossed the coveted ₹100 crore mark and has also become the highest grossing film of 2014.
"Kick" has shattered the records of "Jai Ho", "Ek Villain" and "Holiday – A Soldier Is Never Off Duty".
The Sajid Nadiadwala's directorial is the fourth film to cross the century mark within five days.
Aamir Khan's "Dhoom 3" has the record of earning ₹100 crore in three days, while Hrithik Roshan's "Krrish 3" and Shah Rukh Khan's "Chennai Express" earned it in four days.
Salman's two films "Ek Tha Tiger" and "Kick" has touched the mark in five days.

With 127 crore in its pocket, the film has shattered the records of "Jab Tak Hain Jaan", "Ready" and "Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela".
"Kick" is now heading for the ₹200 crore benchmark at the domestic box office. The collection trend of "Kick" is similar to last year's Eid release "Chennai Express". Therefore, the film has high chances of crossing the double century mark by second weekend or second week.
Also, "Kick" will have an uninterrupted box office run for the coming week, as no films are releasing.
